Called on 9/14/16 because of an issue with a delivery that was supposed to be here on 9/13/16, the person I spoke to was completely unhelpful, I might as well have been speaking to a wall. On top of that I'm told my package will now not arrive until 9/15/16 because they have no way of contacting the driver, but yet somehow knew he wasn't gonna come back today. Absolutely horrible customer service.

We had a package delivered today COVERED in a petroleum product. The item inside the box was soaked (a baby toy). AND there is NO HUMAN to talk to!!! Very poor customer service all the way around :(( How could the driver not see, nor smell the petroleum??? The 800 number doesn't give a 'customer service' choice. I expect a follow up from someone who can rectify the situation.

Called to report a problem with computer errors with shipment to help facilatate delivery . Manegement was compleatly unhelpful I might as well have talked to a recording

I highly recommend UPS services, living in berkshire county, ma I have used UPS on several occasions, Business and Private and have been quite satisfied with the service.
