Provided by YP.comCharged $21.36 for an item priced $13.99. Didn't realize until I was home. Immediately called and was told that I would be refunded the difference. When I returned for the refund, I was told that the price on the item was a mistake so I would not be granted a refund. No respectable business punishes the customer for their own mistakes!
