I did not have a chance to say goodbye to Bill today before he finished the windows. I was in meetings all day. Sharon and I wanted to take an opportunity to thank both of you and your employees for your hard work and dedication. You truly are special individuals who care for your customers and stand apart from others in your trade. I appreciated the life stories Bill shared when I did have a break. You are both very genuine and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with you.

Melissa and Bill (not Gates), their son and installers were awesome to work with. They helped me make both aesthetic and economical choices. They are knowledgeable, meticulous, attend to detail, and very practical. The windows are beautiful and my house is no longer drafty. They made every attempt to accommodate my requests, even installing at an earlier date than originally planned. This was an expensive job, but their prices are competitive and I was very pleased.

Extremely thorough and professional from estimating to installation. We met them at the Pittsburgh Home show. They came on-site and evaluated our windows. Never felt pressured to buy and they were honest about what needed a full replacement and what just needed to be replaced. Owner (Bill) was on-site and was part of the installing team during the entire installation, which really put us at ease. We knew if we had any questions or concerns, we could address them with him directly. The crew put down drop clothes and covered our carpets and cleaned up everything when completed. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
