Needed repair to my Benz '96 with a vacuum leak, the new import mechanic there, Neil, fixed it, reasonable time and price. I love my car, again and super happy to find Neil at Varneys. Front desk is comfortable & friendly, too.

Several months ago, AAA was called twice within a two hour period to charge a dead battery in my car, The driver who charged it the first time assured me the battery was fine and went on his way. After the second call to AAA, they suggested I have the battery looked at, and their repreentative suggested John Varney Auto Service. The folks at Varney's could not have been nicer, and they even offered to drive me to my home about a mile away so I could wait there while my car was in the garage.



When I picked up the car, the charge was $58.00 and the diagnosis was "dirty terminals." $58.00 to clean the terminals!!! Fair? You be the judge!



Incidentally, my calls to AAA to discuss this matter have gone unanswered. Needless to say, I have a definite opinion of both AAA and Varney's!.
