3/6/15 Unfriendly on Phone(previous call made before this date), very cold attitude from the Young lady at the counter. Went to sell silver Bars...never again will I step foot into this or any of there stores! Total low ball price, at least 20 % under spot. Don't waste Your time unless you're flat broke and don't mind being taken for a ride! Glad I wasn't...Have a nice day there smiling and looking pretty Young miss sitting at the counter. ~Bless You~

I have over 30 years of coin collecting experience. I went there recently to sell some high-grade (uncirculated) coins because I had heard all of their ads. Without going into details, their offers to buy were unreasonably low compared to industry standard bids ("greysheet") and made it clear they were used to buying coins from people who knew very little about coins. Do not sell your coins to Treasure Hunt coins. If you do not know much about coins, you will be getting ripped off. If you do know a lot about coins, you will be wasting your time to drive to one of their many swanky store locations because their offers will be ridiculously low.

I was looking for a good place to sell some old jewelry and silver coins that I had received when my Pap had passed away, and I came a crossed this site advertising for Treasure Hunt and read the 2 reviews posted and figured it would be a good place to go. Well first off, the person there wasn't very friendly at all. Usually I like to feel like I am welcome and that my business is appreciated. It definitely wasn't the case here. Second, they claim that they pay the most, which is not true. I had taken a 14k gold rind I had to another place located in Bridgeville, which paid a couple more dollars per gram than Treasure Hunt paid me, and the spot price was the same. Now granted a couple dollars per gram isn't that big of a difference unless you're selling a good bit, but either way that's gas money. I just think it's funny because all day long I hear their ad on the radio and also see their commercials about how they pay the most. Don't always believe what you hear.

I took a gold necklace to Treasure Hunt today and was amazed at just how much they were willing to give me for it! I did my research and knew how much it was worth (around $1100) and they gave me $868. This offer was WELL over any other place I had taken the necklace to. Other offers varied from $200-$500. Needless to say, I will be returning to Treasure Hunt and referring all of my friends and family there as well! Really, if you are looking to sell your gold, don't waste your time anywhere else. Save your time and go straight to Treasure Hunt.

I've been going to Treasure Hunt for years. They are so friendly and I trust them completely. I've referred my friends to them and they've all been happy selling their jewelry to them!
