Best chiropractors in the Burgh! I've been to a small handful of chiropractors over the years trying to get relief from pinching in my lower back. A friend of mine with scoliosis recommended tranquilty to me and I have finally gotten relief! My husband also sees them for his issues related to scoliosis and low back pain and has been very happy esp now that he only visits occasionally for maintenance! We highly recommend this practice!

At first I was nervous to go to a chiropractor because there are a lot of different methods, urban legends, successes and failures out there, so who can you trust!? I was referred to Dr. Koran and Dr. Chad through a relative, after I began to have severe and chronic neck pain. It was clear from the get-go that they have vast experience and knowledge about their practice. I feel safe when I get adjusted there, and not like a rag doll being cracked and twisted, etc. (Yuck!) They actually listen to you, and share ideas. Since I started therapy my pain has decreased drastically, and I have my energy back. I recommend them to anyone who complains of neck/back/or whatever pain!

Highly recommended. I was a skeptic but they took care of my back pain and I've been going ever since. They take care of the whole family and the icing on the cake is that they're great people too!

I have been to a few different chiropractors in my life, and Tranquility Specific Chiropractic has been one of the best! The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is clear that they not only care about your physical health, but also about you as an individual. I came to them with a lot of back/neck pain. I have gotten better throughout the course of my treatment and am encouraged by the healthy lifestyle information that they are able to give. I am also encouraged by the positive atmosphere. As a Christian, it is nice to go to doctors with values and convictions. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Dr. Koran and Dr. Chad are absolutely AMAZING!! Their knowledge about the human body never ceases to amaze me. Any issue that a patient brings to the table they can either fix it or they will help you figure out how! They make you feel welcome and comfortable in their office. They are not only incredible people, they are incredible doctors and I will always trust them with my health and my familys!!

The Doctors at Tranquility Specific Chiropractic are absolutely amazing! They take the time to really get to know you and your ailments. You don't feel like just a number. They are professional and proficient.
