Had a wonderful experience here - they are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I needed advice and some supplies and they were patient, helpful and had everything i needed. They even told me to get back in touch if I had any questions. Coudln't recommend more.

This company may have been around for a long time, but I have NO idea how they are still in business. Both of their stores are a complete mess, junk literally in every corner of the store. It seems there is no system in place to keep track of anything, inventory, machine repairs, etc. It says anything but customer service. I should have turned around and walked out and not have left my serger to be fixed. It took them 6 months to get the part, 2 to fix and then when I went to pick up the machine, they had lost it. They even tried to sell me a refurbished machine at 1/2 off because they couldn't find mine. I guess this has happened before. After getting the machine home, now it has another problem that it didn't have before and is making noises inconsistent with how it has always worked! The only thing positive that I could find is the sales people were nice. Don't waste your time or money, find another place to go for your sewing needs!
