Rachel Chir, LPC Rachel Chir, LPC, is a behavioral health therapist with AHN Behavioral Health Institute who specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry. Her clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health, LGBTQ+, trauma, medical complexity, and school-based therapy. She sees patients from ages 14 to 23, focusing on supporting teens and young adults as they transition into adulthood. Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania in California, Pennsylvania, and earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
