I called them at 7 am on a Friday morning because my washer had died the night before (with 4 kids I do laundry constantly). I had already called two other places, one said that they did not repair front loaders and the other place had voice mail saying that they would get back to me after 9 am. Service Center picked up right away and the associate was very polite and helpful. He said someone could be out that morning between 9 and 12 - perfect! The tech called about 11:10 saying he would be there shortly. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem as the pump - he checked the parts warehouse on the North Side and with my luck the part was in stock. He drove out to get the new pump, returned and installed the pump by 1:30 - and I was ready to wash clothes. Everyone was very professional and courteous - a rarity today - highly recommend - Price was very reasonable.
