We had a wonderful experience with Pitell Granite. There is a lot of competition in this industry, we visited all of them before deciding on Pitell. No one could provide the level of service, personalization, and craftsmanship that Pitell provided. Pitell is a family owned business and they owned every step of the project with us. Truly a great experience!

I would highly recommend using Pitell Granite for any counter top needs. They were extremely professional and helped us with our custom kitchen. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The owners are great people and truly care about the work they do.

Do not go to Pitell granite! I had a similar experience to those referenced below. Everything began well but after receiving a deposit of half down, things began to go sour. After waiting an extended amount of time for our quartz slab to arrive, we were told by the office secretary that our slab was sold to another party so we needed to wait longer. Eventually, the slab was installed (much later than expected) and the owner left a threatening message to my husband ( on his cell phone) because he did not leave a final payment check. My husband was away on business and indicated that he would get a check to him when he returned the next day or when I returned from work. The owner indicated that if my husband did not call him within 5 minutes, he would go to his place of employment. I followed up with a phone call to the owner indicating my dissatisfaction with his professionalism. The owner then responded with "Good luck getting the holes drilled for your faucet." I have followed up with the better business bureau and I encourage others to do the same . . . . very disappointing when you are spending such a large amount of money for what you think is a quality product!

I just had the owner call me and say that my 18 page fax was an atrocity??? Said it wasn't even taking the time to look at it, etc. Then he hung up on me. He needs to get a grip.
