The flowers I ordered for my dear friends funeral were beautiful and a reasonable price. I called right before they closed and they were on time for 2:00 the next day.

Unfortunately I had an awful experience with Cheryl from Parkway Florists. Parkway made an arrangement for a funeral home viewing for a deceased family member for me. Not only was the arrangement not what I asked for (I asked for an arrangement of roses and spider mums and got an arrangement made of only a few roses and spider mums and more than a dozen amd a half carnations), it was also delivered late - the viewing started at 4:00 and my arrangement arrived at 4:15. When I called Cheryl to express my disappointment she was extremely disrespectful and rude and even ended up yelling at me to the point that I had to tell her this call was no longer productive and end the call by hanging up on her. Buyer beware. Satisfaction and humanity not guaranteed.

Terrible customer service. Simply. Awful. Cheryl, the owner, was downright nasty and combative on the phone when calling to check on a delivery. This was my first and LAST time using Parkway Florist. I do not recommend using them.

Cheryl and her staff do amazing work. Everytime I've ordered from them, I've been nothing but happy with the arrangements. I would suggest her shop to any of my friends and I already have to my family!
