Horrible experience. Dishonest bakery. They double charged me for my parents anniversary cake and refused to refund the over charge. I paid the balance of the Cake by phone with my credit card, my brother went to pick the cake up 2 hours later d they stated there was a balance on the cake. Not wanting to argue, he paid the $40 cash for the cake. I called an hour later and they said the manager would need to refund me. I've been trying to get refunded for over a week and they refused even after I gave them the receipt from my credit card. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business B. Go to Giant Eagle instead.

chocolate mousse cake is to die for - everything is yummy! Sorry to hear about other reviewers experience but I've talked to many people who have used this bakery for years and I've never heard a single complaint. Also, the place is never empty, always alot of satisfied customers.
