I had them install a fawcett and some under the sink pipes. Should be routine for a plumber. But he forgot to remove a piece of plastic coated paper from the fawcett. After a week the water stopped working. I called to tell them and his answer was that it worked when they left, its probably somethign I did since. I called another plumber who took the fawcett apart and found the paper which should have been removed. You could actualy see the words please remove on it. They also just showed up, after telling me they would call with a time. I was not home and I got a call from a plumber who said where are you. I would avoid Mark nix, and worse off I am a friend of a familiy member who suggessted him!!
