I had my 1991 Classic Mustang LX 5.0 manual transmission vehicle towed by MSV Towing and the driver left the car in first gear with the key in the run position. He tow started the car and ruined the engine. Despite the fact that the driver told me that their insurance would cover the repair, I haven't seen a dime and they have refused to provide the name of their insurer to my insurance company.
