Awful! Flaherty Plumbing came to fix a leak from my downstairs bathroom to basement. They took forever to fix the problem and made a huge mess. They did not clean up any of the dust or debris they created, got footprints all over, my nice towels we covered in filth, and sink was left full/clogged with crud and chunks. The job required some holes in the wall which were left exposed for several weeks when Flaherty wouldn't come back to finish the job. The draft was awful. He refuses to answer direct questions regarding important matters and pushed everything off way longer than needed. Working with him has been a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. He is much older and quite frankly, out of touch with how customer service and consumer expectations in 2015.

I will not be using this plumber ever again. We had them out to fix a bathtub that wasn't draining properly. One hour and $125 later, the only thing we had was a recommendation to tear the whole thing out and re-pipe it. And on top of that, the tub went from a slow drain before he came to not draining at all after he left. I called another plumber for a second opinion: he came over, looked around, and pulled a clump of hair out via an existing pipe access point. And $75 later, our tub drains perfectly!
