HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I ordered 3 pizzas from Lucianos. When I received them they appeared to have been dropped. I called and told them what had happened and they were very rude with me when it was obviously their fault. They replaced the order basically shoving the pizza at me and the next day the owner Ester used the phone number I used to place the order as well as the unit number where the pizzas were delivered at Passavant Hospital. This lady was obviously off her meds calling multiple times and accusing staff of "not taking care of patients." She was very unprofessional and rude. If you want halfway decent pizza that was dropped and is over priced then this is the place for you otherwise I would go somewhere else. I know we will!!
