I have been in the process of purchasing cabinets for an area in my bedroom. I have had great difficulty reaching someone in the cabinet department to help me complete my order or to make an appointment to complete order. Numerous phone calls were made , numerous times I was disconnected or returnd to the front desk. I found this very frustrating and a long drawn out process that was totally unecessary . Again tonight, unable to reach anyone who can assist me in competing the counter top order or return a phone call. The 2 times Iwas able to make an appointment, I found the sale men very helpful and thoughtful . There needs to be another system for customer acess . I found the whole experience extremely frustrating .
