Sadly I will never shop in this very expensive toy store again. We bought two can Kendama toys for my twin sons. One cost $10 more than the other and was supposed to be a better brand. However the paint all chipped off of that one immediately. The less expensive Kendama still looks fine. I took the toys both back to the store to show the owner and asked him to swap the more expensive one for the other brand. He was totally unsympathetic rude and told me to basically take a hike. He lost a customer over about $10. I will never shop in the store again and neither should you. You can buy a can Kendama on Amazon far cheaper and a better quality that does not chip. Bad business policy.
