The instructors have no patience in teaching little ones. I pulled my son (3.5 years old) out of there. I paid $230 every month (not included another $230 deposit and $80 enrollment fee)and the classes were supposed to be 30 minutes reading and 30 minutes. At the enrollment time, the owner, Ms.Nelaam said that my son was ready to started Kumon and it was a right timing for him to started. After I paid all the fees, the fact was my son only spent 10 minutes in the class because they always sent him out with the excuse that my son couldn't focus in the class. I wasted a lot of money and time. If she thought my son wasn't ready, she should let me know during the placement test, not after receiving all my money.

The Fox Chapel location does an excellent job at pushing students to reach their maximum potential. Every student I've talked to who puts in the time and effort and who follows the program has made leaps and bounds. I would recommend this location over any others in the greater Pittsburgh area.

This place is the worst tutoring place. I took my child out of this place. This place just ripped your money off without teaching anything and sent my child home in only a few minutes after she entered the class. If you really a tutoring for your child, there are still so many Kumon places.
