A Windows 10, automatic, "free," Features update rendered my fancy desktop comatose. It was as though a vampire drained the life blood out of it, just in time for Halloween. Then a savior arrived in the form of a young man from Home Computer Help. He was able to put the computer on external life support, to provide a transfusion, along with various transplants, as required. The surgery was delicate, touch and go, according to the telephone updates I received over the course of a few days. I truly thought my trusty computer had been murdered, but it has been resurrected - Office, Outlook 2013, AVG, Windows 10, Word, Excel, photos, and all. If you need a clever, patient, reliable, good-humored soul, to save you when you are sure that all is lost because a disastrous software update has ruined your entire life yet again, call Brian Draa. He does not have a red cape, but he arrives quickly enough in an orange car. (He does business computers too.)
