I hired Mr. Fuchel for a DUI I had in Penn Township. Even though I had to plead guilty due to metabolites being in my system, this man did EVERYTHING in his power to check over EVERY piece of evidence from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Once finding out the cop who testified at the Magistrates that NO BLOOD WAS DRAWN, I was still on the guilty side because I admitted to the cop in the backseat that I had done a bag of the heroin that my PASSENGER was caught with (I had NOTHING on my person) and simply because I told him I was on parole and I cannot afford to goto jail because I'd of ended up sitting for 18 months easily (so I did what I had to do and admitted to something I didn't.). All in all, I screwed up and Mr. Fuchel helped me TREMENDOUSLY with this screw up! Next, He's coming to Butler, Pennsylvania for my Gag Non 2 hearing (probation violation hearing AFTER the disposition of my current DUI to see what they're doing with me) and I PRAY this man can either let them give me a slap on the wrist since I took it upon MYSELF to goto inpatient rehab (successfully completed) and IOP rehab (intensive outpatient - successfully completed!) and now currently doing outpatient therapy - one on one, so I'm hoping that gives me some benefits! Regardless, We'll see what happens at my Gag non 2 with Mr. Fuchel. If I end up on house arrest or nothing, I'll be satisfied! If not, Mr. Fuchel already told me he's going for immediate release on IPP (house arrest) or 30-60-90 days in jail (my parole is 11 1/2 mos. - 23 mos. - county parole). So, once my hearing is scheduled (I've heard nothing yet), If I'm not in jail, I'll be sure to add more to this review! Thank you VERY MUCH Mr. Fuchel!
