Never order flowers from here! They ruined Valentine's Day for my Fiance because of multiple reasons. The flowers did not arrive before 5:00 p.m. which is after my fiance leaves work for the day. Then they say they are going to have them delivered to her house later that night. She gets them after 7:00 p.m. The bouquet was supposed to be red roses and stargazer lillies. What the bouquet actually was was over bloomed white roses that were dying and stargazer lilly buds that had not bloomed yet which neither was stated as being an option on their website. Then the card that you type in when ordering online is supposed to read exactly what you type which they did, except for when they signed the name on who the flowers were sent by which they put "Mike". Since that is not my name, it would have been really akward if the flowers would have been delivered to her work from a guy other than her fiance. I will never be ordering from this place again even after being a long time customer. When I went into the shop they refused to fix the situation and pretty much said it was my fault. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option!!!

My son & daughter-in-law have purchased flowers for me here when I would visit them in Pgh. and they always told me they did special arrangements for them and their prices were reasonable. Being the recipient, I can tell you I have always received fresh flowers that lasted long.I have also worked in a flower shop and know what some florists get away with.I have never seen evidence of these tricks.



Therefore, when I needed flowers on a visit to Pgh. I stopped in and was assisted by a lovely woman who went out of her way to please me. Recently, I needed to order flowers from my home which is 2 hours away and I ordered online a particular arrangement that was not available and out of season.The owner called me first thing in the morning to determine what I would like to substitute and was very pleasant and accommodating.The flowers she recommended were beautiful and the stalk (flower) was the healthiest I have seen. We don't get stalk here that healthy. I plan to hopefully live in the North Hills one day soon and will definitely use this florist on a regular basis when the need arises. I did see some beautiful funeral arrangements & others in the cooler while I visited the shop.Don't hesitate to use this Flowerama on Mc Knight Rd., North Hills, Pgh. you won't be sorry!
