Replaced battery in my Invicta watch and removed a piece that was floating around the face of the watch. Work was done very fast. Joe, the guy who waited on me was knowledgeable and friendly. Price was fair. I would go back again.

My boyfriend bought me a gorgeous Invicta watch for Christmas. We exchanged gifts a little early and it was so beautiful I wanted it sized right away. I went to fast fix they told us they would have it done in an hour. When we went to get it they told us they would have to keep it until the following day because it was a harder job then originally thought. I told them I did not want to leave the watch and I would take it somewhere else. They looked at each other nervously as they went to get it. They damaged my watch and they weren't even going to tell me! I fought with the store manager Ken for weeks and called cooperate the lady I delt with Evette told me that Ken could either fix my watch in front of me or I could get an estimate somewhere else and they would pay it. I called around got a fair price and they then refused and she said the stores are all privately owned and if he wouldn't do it she couldn't make him. Well then why did she offer?? After weeks of aggravation and Ken originally saying he was not replacing the watch or the band his store ruined I finally had to threaten to take him to court. His tune changed and he had me a new watch in a week. I will never do business there again and I will write on any review I can find to tell people of the horror I went through save yourself the trouble the kid at Dakota watch at the mall kiosk will do a better job.

I took my fiancee's antique engagement ring to be fixed and have a bevel built up on it so it would be more durable. They assured me they could do the job. Not only that, they promised it to me in writing in two weeks. I got the ring in 6 weeks and when I got it looked like shoddy work. The ring used to have a round facade and now it is a crooked circrle. I feel they ruined the ring, but they did nothing to admit their error. I also felt they were rude and have poor business practices. If you have a ring that you cherish, then what ever you do not send it to them. I will NEVER EVER go there again.

my wife had taken my wedding ring to fast fix to see if there was any possible way that they would be able to repair it. my ring had been chewed on by our family dog .BOB at fast fix repaired my ring back to the way it was when it was brand new. thank you very much for saving it ,it means everything to me Tom R.
