Fast and affordable. I called them based on reviews here - I called at 730 at night, left a voice message and they called me at 830 the next morning and arrived by 930 the same day. Very friendly service tech, Frank. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called around to a few places for the repair of my garage door cables and found Citywide Garage to be the most flexible to my schedule, the nicest to deal with, and the cheapest. I would call them for any other garage door repairs I needed as well in the future.

I don't generally get all excited about a garage door company lol but I like to give credit where credit is due. I called several pgh area companies to get estimates on a new garage door/installation. Citywide was NOT the cheapest (and NOT the most expensive). I happend to be talking to my neighbor who had used Citywide in the past year for not only their home, but their business location, and he couldn't say enough good things, so I decided this was good enough for me. Ordering the door and setting the appt was super easy. Installer showed up ON -TIME, worked dilgently, and cleaned up after himself (lol garage floor was cleaner after he left than before he arrived). they hauled away my old door and all debris. Hooked up my old automatic opener. Everything was flawless. I recommended them to my sister, and she had the same experience. It's honestly the first time I had a service company at my home where I couldn't find anything to complaiin about.
