Provided by SuperpagesWorst customer service EVER!! I purchased an $800.00 camera which is still under manufacture warranty. Having problems with it and was told I have to contact the manufacture directly to solve the problem! Got put on hold then disconnected me. It takes forever to connect to a human then just get hung up on. If you don't have the geek squad protection the wont help you!!! ! I'm done with Best Buy!!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere where the customer matters and customer service will actually HELP YOU!
