the owner, Michael Berger is very unprofessional, rude, selfish and no respect to his tenants. He is not in compliance with his lease agreement, he is harassing tenants and their employees. He will not give you notices when he need to enter your leased property and more likely it will be his employees walking almost every day into your leased property. Lady in their office is very nice and polite woman but when owner itself is greedy and laying person that will be on your way every time when it's possible. They will not prepare premises prior your move in, they will not repair issues with their building, and they didn't change their locks for years. And when someone entered property without notice, again, manager said that he have no idea what's going on and suggested to change locks. No trust, no respect, no business is made with this type of landlords.
