Awful! Worst service ever! My drink was served to me in a broken Martini glass, the server never came back to check on us, I had to go to the bar myself. After I complained a manager never came to the table. There is no one to be found when you need them. When I called the manager to complain she told me I should have asked for her, I shouldn't have to! Your servers should tell you when there is a problem and the manager should visit the table regardless! Food is awful, they were out of what my husband wanted and waited a half hour to tell us. We waited over an hour for our food, and mine was cold! Worst restaurant ever!

Don't touch my food!

Started good. Good atmosphere, polite hostess. Service was horrible, slow, inaccurate, and inattentive. Our food arrived over an hour after we had ordered it. (they were not that busy) the lobster and mashed potatoes were cold and the crabcakes were overcooked and cold. We brought this to the managers attention and he stuck his thumb on my daughters lobster tail and then picked up with his bare hand! He said they could microwave it and heat the stuff up, which we declined, as we had already been there over an hour. He disappeared with the lobster tail and was never seen again. Although the least expensive meal was "comped" we were offered no other reasonable compensation for the poor service and meal. Although the waitress apologized profusely throughout the meal, she never improved her service. You don't get a second chance for a first impression. The Baltimore House had potential, but they will not have me as a customer again.

very bad, will NEVER go there again! first and last time there.

Went there for mothers day expecting a nice meal with good food. Instead heard "I'm sorry" from the waitress about 20 times. The beer was the only thing good and the way it should be. Didn't get our appetizers first and had to ask about them. Then they were thrown on a plate and slid to us. Very poor presentation. My hasband had to ask for his water back and also for his side (5 min. after we got our side). Waited 1 1/2 hours for our food and it was burnt, cold and the wrong stuff. When we told the waitress she again apologized with an I'm sorry and asked if we wanted it microwaved :( I could have made a microwaved frozen meal at home for a lot less! The mgr came over and acted disgusted that we said our food was wrong and cold. He stuck his thimb into my daughters lobster, picked it up with his hands and walked away. When her food never returned we left to pay and again was made to feel like we shouldn't have expected a hot meal and get what we ordered. The price was not cheap and we left still hungry and very irrated - would NEVER go back!!! :(

First time disaster

My first time going here was to take my mother out for mother's day. The server forgot side dishes, switched sides on us and after the food came told us one of the sides was not available. The food took over an hr and half to come out and when it did it was burnt, cold, and wrong. The manager rolled his eyes when we spoke to him. He stuck his thumb in my lobster tail because i told him it was cold and then picked it up off my plate. They then charged us for everything but one of the meals, until i complained about him taking my lobster tails. They did nothing to compensate for the rest of the food being cold, except offer to microwave it!

I will never eat here again and am embarrased to have such a horrible experience for a what should have been a celebration day.
