Instead of billing my credit card for a replacement windshield, billed through a body repair shop doing other work on the vehicle, who then held my vehicle, until I paid for windshield. Did not remount rear view mirror. Also put large dents in the chrome moulding around windshield. Later remounted mirror in wrong place, interfering with the driver's visor. Later put mirror in correct place & promised to replace the moulding, but never did. Later played games with my Better Business Bureau claim. Never replaced the moulding. Never provided a refund. Never resolved the BBB claim.
