i read the reviews here and i'm not sure how the person with the negative experience even met the alison that i met. i'm skeptical to believe that isn't just someone with an agenda. that being said, i had a wonderful experience with alison and her staff...she listened to what i wanted, had invaluable suggestions and was professional and courteous to the other vendors that were involved with our big day. they even picked up the slack where others dropped off....while i was in for one of the consultations, and as a single parent at the time of planning, i was especially thankful for her letting me bring my toddler son in and not giving me attitude about it - she was delightful! ( i even picked up teacher gifts with her sparkly candies and i can't begin to tell you what a big hit they were. a bit more than what i usually spend on "sweets", but completely worth the price when i saw their delight. )

i'm definitely a fan of this place and i'll use them again for other celebrations or gift giving in my life....they have their act together and an eye for 'the pretty'

Allison is ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I met with her over 2 months ago and after numerous excuses as to why she has not gotten me anything I am fed up. The only thing she has done in regards to my wedding is to register my name with all other companies in the area so when I finally decide to use them myself she gets a kickback as if she recommended me. Free money for her being lazy. Her works looks good online but in person she has awful business skills. I want to work with a company that actually is pleasant and welcomes their customers. This company thinks of their customers as an inconvenience. Someone should tell them that customers are why they are in business. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I know.

I had a favorable exsperience. Although the prices were VERY, VERY, high. You have to have alot of $$$$$ cash to have your wedding flowers done here.
