Very bad, completely don't recommend it, old building full of mices and they take more than 50% of the deposit for fake reasons

Ztynick Realty is horrible. They keep going up on the rent and the complex Hidden Pines is starting to look like the projects. I've been living here for 3 years and the washer is rusted and the dryer does not work. So, therefore you have to go out of the complex to wash your clothing. This is suppose to be one of the amenities. (Yeah Right)! They never come to update anything, and when you call maintenance it takes 2-3 weeks. HORRIBLE!!! Then after the 1st of the month is your rent is not paid there is an additonal $100 fee. Everyone I talk to said that they have never even heard of this. Also, there is not a 24hr. maintenance person. So you are stuck. And, oh yeah if you get locked out they charge you an additional $100 dollars. I can not wait to move.
