After getting a pedicure, I had gotten a blister on the bottom of my left foot... Never thought anything of it... Two weeks after the blister pop but never dried out til one day it became really itchy... When I went to the doctor, I diagnosed with a fungus smh

No stars, negative 5 stars. I hate this place, only went once. I'll NEVER go again. Worse than My Nail and Spa

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Go to Lady Bug Nail and Spa for a wax job on your eyebrows. You can loose and eye! I recently went there to get my eyebrows waxed and she actually dripped hot wax into my eye! I had to go the eye doctor and now have a burned conjuctiva and I'm in a lot of pain, I can hardly work. I now have to put an antibiotic drop in my eye for a week and other eye drops to keep it moist. This has caused me a lot of trouble and pain I should not be in because that person couldn't pay attention to what she was doing. I thought these people are supposed to be trained for this kind of thing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

I have NEVER recieved such poor service at a nail salon!!!! I waited about 10-15 minutes which is normal. I got called back and seated. She had me soak my feet for literally 25 minutes while she talked to a friend I was sooo close to walking out but my friend was getting a full set at the same time so I would have to wait anyway. So finally she comes back to do my pedi and in the middle of it goes to work on another client's toes. She then trys to come back to me without washing her hands!! I let her know I'd feel more comfortable if she washes her hands after touching someone else's feet, so she does and finishes my pedi. My pedi was literally 10 minutes all together including color!!!!!!!!! I was SHOCKED. I sat in the chair about a hr for a 10min pedi NOT TO MENTION my friend that got the full set got called in after me and was finished before me. I went to pay unfortunetly, I knew I shouldnt have had to but I didnt want to cause a scene. So i pay and SHE TRIED TO KEEP MY CHANGE!!! I told her I wouldnt tip her a penny and took my change and left taken advantage of. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

These people don't care about how they do your nails! They aren't friendly either. My sister and I went into this place and left my nails bumpy, crooked, and uneven. They left hers looking disgusting. They don't take their time and they don't care about what they look like.
