I purchsed a home from keller williams in 2005, It has been the worst experience of my life. I bought a condo from keller williams and I noticed the balcony was a little tilted, the agent told me that it would be replaced, the did two termite inspection, inside one and outside one, the reviewed the inside one with me and did not tell me about the rotted deck on the balcony, I ended up renting the place out in a month later in may, 2005. In december of 2005 my tenant fell off the rotted balcony and injured herself, I have had to pay more than $10,000.00 just in attorney's fee. I have contacted the realtor directly Robert Steven Pierce and talk to him several times. He has for more the two lead me on and keeps trying to buy time for himself. I just want this issue resolved, I will go to court on this matter, I have filed with the BBB, DRE, And other state agency. I am tired of being ignored.
