I gave them one star, because you have to give at east one star. Do not buy a car here. We didn't have the best credit, and thought we'd give them a shot. Found a car at a great deal, and had a great monthly price. However, the dash said low washer fluid, needs oil change soon, and check airbag. We asked them to check into it. (this was the second day we looked at it) The first day, we were told it just came back from service and they would send it out to be cleaned. The second day when we drove it again is when we saw the warning dash alerts, and the car still wasn't clean. We left some money down to reserve it and ensure we would be back. Finished paying the down on Monday, when it was supposed to be back. The car was still in service, even though they knew we would be in on Monday. Now today, we've called most of the day. I called them at 5 and the sales person said it was there. We leave to go get it, ask the manager when it came back, he said 2:30. Why weren't we contacted? His answer, "well I could be wrong" it might just be me, but if someone is a manager, should you be on top of your stock? So I ask the manager, for all of our inconvenience, if we could have a complimentary tank of gas. His answer? "I'll think about it". We told him forget it and left, neither one of us very happy. When we got to the gas station, we noticed the temporary registration was not in the window, the sales sticker was still there, and the car had never... NEVER been cleaned. When we went back for the temporary registration, the manager acted as if we were bothering him in some sort of way. Long story short, they have permanently lost my business. I have also started a letter to them, the better business bureau, and the city of Pittsburg. Do not give them your business, or at least if you do, I hope they treat you better than they treated us!
