I couldn't feel more secure about my belongings being stored at American Self Storage. I had shopped around for a facility based on customer service, price and security. American Self Storage gets and "A" in every category. Definitely recommending to friends and family that need long term or short term storage.

After I signed a contract and paid multiple months rent they raised the rent by %12. They expected me to pay the difference for the remaining months on my contract. I refused and requested a refund. The owner told me he could not give refunds. DO NOT USE this facility they do not honor their contracts and will steal your money. They offer No Dump Station, No Web Cameras, Poor lighting, and the RV’s are parked so close together it’s almost impossible to maneuver into position. The owner told me I Don’t Care when I asked him about some of my concerns. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.
