I purchased a window from this company five years ago and never stopped having trouble, they replaced my second floor window and since then it rains in my first floor window. They've been back to my house five times and just continue to recap and recaulk, which does NOT fix the problem. I have had many other contractors look at it to tell me the window was measure to short so there it was set so far back, the water runs down the inside of the wall into my window on the first floor. I do not have another 1,000.00 dollars to replace this window so the mold that is behind my walls is making things worse. Other contractors say to do the job correctly the window needs to be taking out and reset in the proper position, they cannot guarantee me the window won't crack when they reset it. They all say Pristine should own up to the mistake and fix it the way it should of been from the beginning. One unhappy customer and would never recommend.
