Great service - explains the different products when I purchased a vacuumn . Ron and his employees are true examples of "looking at the customers needs". I only wish other shops would emulate their service and sell great products !

Fixed my sewing machine; it wasn't a major problem; did it right there in the store; honest people who don't rip you off! Highly reccommend this establishment!!!

I moved from delaware and needed a repair shop to sevice my machines and I found Ron and everyone else at Mister Sew n Vac and you cant tell me that I didnt hit the lottery. Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and always takes the time to explain.

Hours are Monday & Friday 9-7, Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday 9-6, & Saturday 9:30-5

Ron, Dean and everyone at Mister Sew & Vac, Pitman, NJ are wonderful to work with, they sell quality products and offer nothing short of exceptional customer service from purchase through repair. I often think back to the day I first discovered them in 2005 when I walked into the store looking for a new vacuum. I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome, Dean took me directly to the Simplicity line of vacuums. He certainly impressed me with the time he took to explain the many features offered by the vacuum line both inside and out, the depth of his knowledge was very re-assuring. Needless to say I purchased my first Simplicity Vacuum that day! It has been said "you get what you pay for" well that is true for sure when it comes to vacuum cleaners. Simplicity G9, X9, Freedom and Sport vacuums are simply superior to any I have every owned and the service received from Mister Sew & Vac is equally superior!

I have been dealing with Ron at Mister Sew-Vac for the last 15 years. I have brought sewing machines to him for repair and servicing and have purchased sewing machines from him. He will fully explain the repair, the reason for it and the cost. He stands behind everything he sells and provides continuing support and education.
