The rent is based on your income, so if your looking for a one bedroom and make approximately $2000 a month you will be paying around $950 a month plus an additional $14 a month for one AC unit: two AC units $28 (all year round) YOU NEED ONE, the apts are very hot. The hallways do not have AC at all and it has reached 115 degrees one day in July 2012. The temperature is usually over 90 degrees in the hallways, if it is above 80 degrees outside. This complex has had major problems over the last few years, The water main broke because the maintenance man forgot to turn a heater on during the winter, and in June, 2012 the fire alarms were going off, but not because of any fires, the maintenance man should have called the sprinkler company but he did not. The sprinklers went off early one one morning in June 2012. All this because of ONE leaking pipe. There was major damage to the apts and hallways. The people in those apts lost personal items and also had to be relocated to other apts.
