I am going to rent a 10x20 unit next week and I already like my experience with Linda the manager of the unit. She volunteer to measure the free rental truck so I can see how much it can carry. I am currently have a 10x10 unit at Budget Storage in Watchung and nothing but BAD experience there. The last three times I went there to discuss getting a larger unit, during office hours, the door was locked and no one was there. Even the postman was upset not able to deliver the mail. I think Linda is a great asset to Advanced Self Storage because she enjoys her job and gives 200%. Soon after I saved the unit from a third party, she called me to give details about the unit and the process to pay etc. Thank you very much! Holly

I have only good things to say about Advanced Self Storage. The units, building, and main office are very clean. I feel safe when I go to retrieve or add to my belongings. The unit prices are reasonable, and they have all the storage products you might need right there on-site. The staff, Kevin and Anne Marie are wonderful! Very courteous and professional. I have only had a positive experience in the two years I've been renting there.
