I honestly feel I have been through as many mattresses as "Carter" has "Liver Pills". Several months ago, I was at a friend's house after working a 12 hour shift and I "just made myself at home" and stretched out for a nap. When I got up, my comment was, "What kind of mattress is that? I want to take that home with me!" Much to my surprise, it was a mattress about 10 years old from Tyndall Pedic!

I began to investigate even though I had just bought mattresses less than a year prior to this. I went to Tyndall Furniture in Pineville where Sales Associate Lynn began to explain the technology and show me the mattress selections. At first I was not sure re: "Memory Foam" because I had purchased a "Memory Foam Mattress" from a reputable manufacturer several years ago.........OBVIOUSLY that "Memory Foam" had Alzheimers!!! The memory did not hang around very long at all! (And neither did the mattress!)

Lynn, at the Pineville NC store told me to "make myself at home" and try out the mattresses as long as I wanted. GOT ME ANOTHER GREAT NAP!!
I did not feel pushed into a purchase or rushed to make a decision....just "made myself at home" and got a nice nap for a true test of the mattresses.

After discussing the details of the purchase I was confident the money I spent would be worth it. The bed/mattresses, were delivered and set up in a very professional and considerate manner and as soon as the bed was ready, I had to try it out and knew from the start, THIS IS GONNA BE GOOD!

I have always had problems with back pain and "have to" get out of bed for my back to feel better. HOWEVER, now with the Tyndall Pedic mattress it is like I am being cuddled all night and DO NOT want to get out of bed! My back pain is so much better and my quality of sleep is MUCH BETTER!

Go see Lynn @ the Pineville store, "make yourself at home", get a good nap, then take it home with you (the mattress, that is!) and have the best sleep and rest you have ever had!!

Two years ago we bought a Tyndall Pedic mattress, two leather couches, a dining rom set and an entertainment center form their Pineville store. We have recently moved into a new home and bought 2 bedroom sets, home office furniture, a leather sectional, 5 rugs, a game table and chairs and numerous accent pieces. Our designer saleman, John Dixon, has been a pleasure to work with. After telling him our taste in furniture, he was able to show us exactly what we wanted and our house looks like a model home. He even helped us with placing the furniture at the time of delivery.
Everything is of high quality and beautiful and reasonably priced. The mattress is the best I've ever slept on.

Very pleased with my purchase! Showroom was nice and the salesperson was very patient. Not pushy at all like most furniture stores!

If you want a horrible night sleep, wake up in pain every morning, and be overcharged by thousands of dollars, then Tyndallpedic is the place for you to buy your next mattress. My husband and I thought that spending $4,000 on a mattress would guarantee a great nights sleep. We have never been so wrong in our lives. We went back to return the mattress using their so called excellent return policy only to find out that you can't return it and that it would cost us $600 more for a new mattress AND another $75 delivery fee. We were assured that we just needed to give it a little more time for our bodies to adjust to the new mattress as 120 days was not long enough. After 1 year, the mattress is even worse and we ache even more every morning. Please do yourself a favor and get your adjustable split King bed at Costco. Not only can you return it for a full refund at any time, you'll also save $3,000 and a day full of aches and pains!!

THE WORST FINANCIAL MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE. We paid over $7,000 for the top of the line Tyndall Pedicure mattress. Within 1 mos, the mattress developed large pothole sags where my wife and I sleep. After 2 mos, it looked like a 20 year old mattress. It felt like we were climbing uphill to get to the middle. The owner of the company Chuck Tyndall kept promising to make it right but never returned a phone call. We left him over 8 messages. They claimed in their warranty that 1.5 inches was the "normal" body impression and that despite having our original receipt, and their warranty card, the fact that we removed the tag from the mattress voided our warranty even though Mr. Tyndall never explained this to us at the time he presented his warranty. He said he would make it right since we had the original receipt. He then completely blew us off and never returned another phone call. We finally gave up, donated our mattress to the local furniture bank and bought a name brand mattress for 1//3 the cost. This stands as the single biggest rip off that my wife and I have ever experienced and makes me nauseated every time I think of how much money we wasted and how unprofessional and dishonest Chuck Tyndall and the company is. All I can say is stear clear and "buyer beware".

I would recommend Tyndall to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. My salesperson was is the "Fairy Godmother" of decorating. Not only did she help us pick out the best furniture but also helped us design our new room. Thank you Sheila and Tyndall for exceeding all our expectations of great products and wonderful service! Our Christmas was perfect because of you!!

I should have written this review several years ago… But it was one of the telephone calls asking me about my mattress that has prompted me to write this review – and be disappointed all over again.

We purchased bedroom suit, mattresses, had custom couches made etc. – large order. When the sofas came one was not the dimensions that he been ordered – and on both couches the cushions hung over the front of the frame about two and half inches. My first call to Tyndale netted – we're sorry – we can fix it. I won't go through the entire saga but now one couch has a middle section that's narrower – noticeably narrower – than it should be. I was told the seat cushions would settle into position. Trust me when I tell you there was a lot of back-and-forth and had I not been working out of town so much I would have been a bulldog. The truth is, I just got tired of haggling with them.

The reason I write the review now is that revisiting all this on the phone call yesterday and getting no more concern that I got the first times told me they really don't care. In fact, the caller suggested I give them another try as they now have another manufacturer – really?

We shopped for weeks at MANY furniture stores in the Charlotte area and Tyndalls was able to perform and meet the price we wanted to pay. They carry only the best makers and you do not have to worry about purchasing the junk you see at a lot of the big cooperate stores. Tyndalls has a great small family owned feel with a huge selection. We will always give Tyndalls a chance to earn our business in the future, truly world-class!

I purchased a sectional from Tyndall Furniture a few months ago and I absolutely love it! Not only did I get a good deal, but I also got great quality. My salesperson, Ellis, was very thorough and helpful. I was impressed with the delivery and set up of my furniture. I will definitely be shopping with the Tyndall's again!

They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. First of all when I went there I paid in full. They gave me an estimated date of shipping to be 6-8 weeks out. I was informed later that they couldnt get what I wanted done because the fabric couldnt stretch on the headboard like it should. I was notified of this 3 weeks from ordering. I then asked for a refund and STILL have yet to receive it. It is now October and I ordered it late July!!! THENNNN the 8 weeks past and I was told it was going to arrive Sept. 26. I took time out of work to assemble it and it is not at the warehouse like I was said it was going to be. Might I add I talked with an associate 2 days prior to the date I was supposed to pick it up and I was never informed of that!!!! NOW they have no idea when in October it will come in! If it werent for the fact that the product that I am looking for is up to 6 weeks at another location I would cancel this order and pay even more to have it done! I will never recommend them or use them ever again! My word will be known and I will make well aware of how bad this company operates!!!!!!

They have good quality furniture but if you pay anything close to what they're asking, then your paying too much! Much like buying a car, it's unpleasant, but haggle with them until you reach a resonable price.
