Pretty good service putting lights on the 20 foot Christmas Tree in my front yard, one man and a ladder. However when it came to taking them off the showed up with no ladder and just climbed up the inside of the tree. This resulted in several broken branches. To add insult to injury they took one of the power cords I had paid for and cut it into lengths to tie the branches up, presumably they were hoping we would not notice. Finally they just took all my lights, timers, and power cords and threw them into the back of a pick-up truck. So much for packing and storing for next year. The didn't even bother to contact me this year, but the kept all the lights,etc. that I paid for. Save your money.
