I took a diamond ring to them after one of the diamonds fell out, to get the diamond replaced. They fixed it in a half hour, but they did not give me a receipt or repair slip or anything in writing.

A few days later, the same diamond they replaced fell out again. Luckily my wife found the diamond on the ground. When I took it back to them to have them put the same diamond back in the ring that they obviously did a crappy job on the first time, there was a different person at the booth and since I did not have a receipt (which they never gave me), they would not fix it without charging me again for the same work. Be warned.

took my fossill watch for battery change, and when went to get it it told me the inside hands were broke. which was not like that when I left it with him. I just took the watch, did not want to argue with a man I didnt really know if he spoke good english or not. He acted like I left it with him in that condition. I would not have left it for a battery change if it was broke at all. I will try to find the owner and tell him about it at another time.
