I went in to get a set of acrylic nails done here. The lady never introduces herself. I'm ok with that. She then proceeds to tear my nails up, ripping 7 out of 10 cuticles to the point that they bleed. After this, she asks for payment (before she puts the acrylic on). She then proceeds to pour chemicals onto my nails (and into my clearly bleeding cuticles) and rip up the quicks of my fingers. Five days later, blood blisters show up under my nails and on my fingertips, and one finger is beginning to show signs of infection. I go in to speak to the manager, am informed that she is not in, not given any times she will be in (even after I asked twice), and then was repeatedly accused of doing something to my nails and informed that they will not offer any form of restitution at all by yet another rude store employee. I will never go back there. I recommend that you steer clear, as well.
