Jolene Boor and Sammie worked with us on selecting love seat, sofa, 3 rugs, 3 tables, 2 ottomans, dining room table with 8 chairs, and 3 lamps. Everything they selected suited us perfectly. It has been a pleasure working with these ladies.

Love La-Z-Boy furniture but not the Pineville store! Did not appreciate nor trust the sales rep. Left the store and purchased at a location 1 hour away only to find out the Pineville sales rep "stole" the commission from the honest no-pressure sales person at the other location. We didn't find this out until the Pineville store called to schedule our delivery! We didn't buy from the Pineville store for a reason! Was told by upper management that their policy and who gets commission is "non of our business!" Since it's a special order we will lose our deposit if we cancel so we are stuck! Nice way to do business. I don't even have my furniture yet and I'm extremely unhappy with my purchase.

We have been buying from this store for several years. We have got the best service ever at this store. They will give you all the info and design ideas, so you can decide what's best for you. Gil & Debbie are the best!

This business deserves no stars, but I don't have that option, so 1 star.

They will apply the fabric protection plan without fully explaining it and will tell you lies when there is a problem. I am very dissatisfied with this furniture store.
