Mr Autry's knowledge of septic systems (home or commercial) is 2nd to none but more important to me is his integrity. Top notch outfit!!

I have never met a more caring businessman than Steve Autry. My husband and I had gotten into trouble with another septic company and our situation looked dire. Mr. Autry called and spent a significant time explaining options and giving advice even though he knew that his company would not directly profit. Then, an even more meaningful touch of class, he called the day after we were going to remedy our situation, and he just called to check on us. This company is top notch. The engineering folks involved with our situation even said, Autry Septic is the BEST in metropolitan Charlotte and surrounding counties. Mr. Autry embodies values from days gone by. It's clear the most important rewards for this company is knowing that families are taken care of. I will never ever look anywhere else for my septic system needs. Because we had new construction, I had to follow the warranty. But, I now know who I will turn to in the future with great confidence. And, with 30+ years in Real Estate, I'm going to suggest Mr. Autry's company to everyone who needs a fantastic septic system company.
