Provided by SuperpagesI will not return to this dental practice. I was charged 70.00 for visit with receipt that did not indicate any balance .No itemized bill. I returned for next visit and was told I owed money from last visit. They waited 3 months for my next visit to tell me! No phone call or bill sent. have my info but did not bother to contact me for 3 months. That is poor customer service! I decided then I would not return to that office and in fact changed dental insurance .Now almost a year later they send me a bill. Your treatment of patients is wrong!

Provided by SuperpagesDr. Moates is Great! He performed a root canal on me and it didn't hurt one bit. Best dentist ever.

Provided by SuperpagesInteresting, this is in reply to the previous post by a lady mentioning that her crowns fell out, I had 2 crows and the temp's fell out 3 times, and the attitude of the assistant was terrible. As though I was doing something wrong, when in fact, Dr Pham filed my teeth down to far, and the temp's had nothing to hold onto.......... They are terrible

Provided by SuperpagesDr Pham and her staff are horrible. Find a dentist who cares. Her staff didnt care enough to call me back when I asked if I could pay for the crown in two payments. One payment of $280 that my insurance said it cost when she made a temp and preped it.Then a rediculous lab fee of $300 to make a porcilin crown to be paid when she put it on 3 weeks later just like I did for the first crown I had her do. So I had my tooth pulled and regret it. She sent me to the oral surgeon and then wouldn't even take his advice and save the tooth. Of course she would have had to call him to ask what he thought but she didnt care enough. She didnt even look in my mouth after I seen the surgeon and still charged me a fee. The first crown she did keeps falling off because she ground my tooth so low its almost gone and charged me for a build up. Not to mention the $200 for cleaning my teeth in quadrents that was just like I get at any other dentist for a regular cleaning fee. She cost me a tooth. Stay away!!

Provided by SuperpagesMy family has been going to this location for over twenty years but since they have changed from Dr. Bells Dental Center to Exact Dentistry the only concern they have is talking you into very expensive procedures. The last straw came for me when I went in early for my six month cleaning before starting chemotherapy treatments and the Dr. refused to give me a teeth cleaning and said I needed a deep cleaning for $100. and then I would need to come back in a month for the regular cleaning, she was unable to get in her head that coming back in a month was not an option with chemotherapy treatments. Needless to say I left in tears and they have lost three regular long term patients. I am in the process of changing to a better dentist whose main concern is their patients? health and not the bottom profit.

Provided by SuperpagesBoth of the Dr Bells locations are great. I would tell anybody needing dental work to go there. Very polite, and there was very little waiting to go in or get the work done
