BEWARE THIS PLACE. did a bad job on my jeep last time. Would not use again. After picking up my car from a mistake they made i find a old tire in my truck and my spare tire wire dangling on the ground. They will hold your car for a long time to if it's their mistake they need to fix. Next time at least throw out the customers tire and roll up the spare time cord on the bottom of the jeep

Best shop I have been to, I broke down at the walgreens right next store to this shop and the young man pushed my car over to look at it. At first I thought this shop would be very expensive because it looks really nice. But they gave me a quote to get my starter replaced and i called a few other shops to make sure I was not getting ripped off!! But turns out the price was about the same. They had my car fixed in about 2 hours and works perfect now. Thanks guys, and will send more people your way.

I found the best place to get my car worked on!!! I have taken my Scion XB to 3 shops to find out why my battery keeps going dead overnight, the first shop put a battery in it, the second shop put an alternator in it and the third shop charged me $50 to test it and said that no problem was found... I took it to Platinum and told them the history of my problems and within 15 mins a guy named Dave found that I had a bad part for one of my doors and the light inside would not go off all the time! He used some oil or something to make it work like it should and have had no problems in the last 3 month. The best thing is that they did not even charge me to fix it!!!!!!! Thanks so much

I find the last review very hard to believe, I just took my 2008 Porsche Gt3 there to have an alignment because it was wearing my new tires and they did a great job!! Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I used to have my car serviced here years ago and had some bad service, But this shop has turned around big time!!!! The tech Scott is very good and has been there for many years, They have a new tech Carter that I guess worked there in the past and he was able to figure out a problem with my 2003 BMW 328ci that 4 other shops have charged me over $900 to fix. Thanks Platinum Wrench!!!! I will send all my friends!

Platinum Wrench has quickly diagnosed my car problems (saving me money) and then repaired it. I appreciate the fact that they look over my family cars showing me potential upcoming problems. This allows me to set aside money knowing this service will be needed soon while keeping my wife and kids cars safe rather than broken down on the side of the road. Professional car care is hard to find. Love that they are open 7 days a week. Fair pricing, not too high not too low. With 5 kids and 3 cars the 90 day same as cash didn't hurt me either. The shop I used before is no longer in business and my warranty on repairs went with them. Gone! I researched and found Platinum has been in business for around 25-30 years. That gives me some comfort in my repairs and warranty.

I have used The Platinum wrench several times over the years and have always left satisfied with the price and fast diagnosis. I feel that they are honest and don't try to talk you in to something that you don't need. I have recommended several people who have also had a great experience here.

This place sure has turned around! I went there around 4 years ago and the manager Bill gave me a huge bill for a minor repair, I said I would never go back but for the last 3 months my car have been running very bad and have been to 6 shops and no one could figure it out so I went to platinum, Turns out it is run by different people now. Wow what a difference! They not only were very nice it took them 1 hour to fix the problem and only cost $150! Thanks Platinum im a customer for life now!

These guys are the best! I took my old Dodge Neon in after it kept overheating. The first shop I took it to said I'd probably need a new radiator, water pump, etc. Basically, they wanted to swap out the whole cooling system, which I thought was screwy. I was recommended to Platinum Wrench by a friend. They looked it over and found it was just a stuck thermostat. The part costs like $4 and I could install it myself! Needless to say, I'm definitely going back there if I ever really *need* someone to work on my car!

I can not thank everyone at Platinum wrench enough, I have been having a check engine light coming on for 6 months and have been two over 8 shops and spent over $1000 trying to fix the problem, they did what they call a smoke test and found a broken hose under the car! Turned out to be the whole problem and paid less than $100 to have it fixed! Thanks again!

I had another garage look at our air conditioner on our cadillac and they recommended that the evaporator needed to be replaced. Since they were talking about over $1000.00 to replace the part, I decided to have another opinion. I dropped the car off at the Platinum Wrech and explained that the AC didn't blow cold. The manager at Platinum Wrench called me and told me that there was a leak on the shrader valve and they replaced two other parts. The AC is working great and the price was very reasonable.. It is great to find an honest shop to work on my vehicle.

Don't ever go here!! I brought my car here to have them fix something and I left with two completely different broken parts. They pretended like these were pre-existing issues and they gave me extremely large quotes to fix the problems before I left.

I have been going to Platinum Wrench for 15 years now. I've have refered family, friends, neighbors, clients and many women who have ALL thanked me for pointing them in a direction of a CLEAN, HONEST,RELIABLE shop. The shop is always busy, yet they always go out of their way to help me any way they can. They have always answered all my questions and even shown me repaired or replaced parts. I appreciate all the years of service and would never go anywhere else

i took my car there 6 times for the same problem, never got a refund. i finally took it it elsewhere & it was repaired right the first time.stay away at all costs!

After being fooled by other ads that claim to only fix the necessary problems and $500 later, Platinum Wrench was recommended to me. They diagnosed and fixed my car in the same day and determined the repairs I had previously paid for were worthless- I brought the bill back to the previous garage and got my money back. My car runs better than ever and the service was excellent!
