I came in with my family for family night, 2 adults 3 children. I paid and tried to get skate rentals, and they didn't have my size. So the attendent was rude, after speakering with the manager, she attempted to remedy the situation by giving me a set of roller blades, but upon hitting the floor, the rivets broke, almost resulting in an ankle dislocation. I was then given a pair for of speed skates, which sufficed.
My 6 year old then wanted to play on the bounce house, and the attendant was rude to my wife because they had one of their numerous intermission contests, which occur every 5-10 minutes. Half of the contests were out of the experience level for children, who were raised ice skating throughout the year.
The manager s reply was less than satisfactory, and far from acceptable.
Maybe an adult should be in charge of operations.
Don't go for family night. Try another local venue.
