The have made 2 trips to fix our in warranty Washer and Have not fixed it for a month now we still dont have a working washer , there just parts changers . and have missed 3 days work waiting on them .

Had them come to the house to repair a built-in oven, all of them looked like they had been sleeping outside for a week, the helpers looked like homeless people, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERIOD, And the final straw was several small, but valuable items were missing after they left, helpers kept having to use the restroom...should have followed them, LESSON LEARNED, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN...BEWARE BEFORE USING THESE PEOPLE...And they couldn't fix it after all, said wasn't repairable for a decent price, offered to sell me different used ones they had. called in a 2nd repair company next day, They fixed it for under $50 , been working great since!!!

They are the ones that do the warranty work for the place that I bought my appliances from. I have had a problem with my window air conditioner, they came to pick it up so they could fix it, they kept it for months, and only returned it after we demanded they bring it back, and it was brought back broken and unusable. They have also been called about our washing machine 3 times and they have yet to show up. Makes me want to buy my appliances from somewhere else just to avoid having to potentially deal with Ladd's in the future.
