Mike's Well & Pump service is by far the best in the area. I have had Mike out to fix my well and to install a hand pump for emergencies. On both occasions was professional, willing to answer all of my many questions, and beat the competition's prices by a ton. On two occasions he has allowed me to call and ask him to walk me through a self repair. No one else does that. Last week my softener stopped working. After messing with it for two days unsuccessfully I ordered a new one. Then I saw Mike's sticker on my water tank. I called Mike for advice at FIVE different stages of the diagnosis and repair. He never said, "let me just come out (and charge a house call)." He was patient and very honest. With his help I was able to not only fix the softener, but clean and recharge my ballast tank. I cancelled the order of the new softener. He saved me $600 dollars and did not charge a cent. Mike is a gem of a service provider. I wish there were more like him out there.
