Hutch not only replaced my deadlbolt as requested, but took the time to look at yet another lock problem. He was able to fix the additional problem as well! He did this efficiently and cheerfully. When I need lock work done, I always call Vogel's first!

On several occasions I have used Vogel's for my business lock work. Not only are they fast, they are professional and respectful while in my place of business, but also fairly priced!

I used to work as a locksmith in Kentucky. 6 years before moving onto engineering. I can't speak for everyone, but their employee Hatch doesn't know what he's talking about. He needs better training. For now, I'll stick to Kingsley for my locksmith needs.

I've been here a few times. I use to love the place. Kenny and Rob have helped me before and I was super happy with their service. I had to come here twice in the past year and I was helped by the newest employee named Zack if I'm not mistaken (I remember asking Rob who the new guy was last year). He services me both times this past year. Zack is what I call a "basic" employee. He never seemed happy to be helping. (On both occasions) He always looked tired and bored. But he DID get the job done. He doesn't seem to fit in well with the business. My biggest concern is that both times he reeked of stale old booze. I'm a business owner myself. I've been one for over 20 years. If my employee comes in and everytime he opens his mouth, I'm hit with that smell, he would be sent home and that would be his only warning. Kids come to work after drinking that much the night before, not adults who work for a well established business.

Highly recommended! Kenny was sincere, thorough & offered several options whether I should change new locks/bots or rekey. I love his attention to details and efficiency. Great service!
